After Lafayette, a BS from MWSU, years of working in construction, and a MS from SMU I have settled in Mount Vernon MO. I invested in local real estate and currently am managing member of Bear Partners, LLC. We own 10 rental properties and 4 lots that we intend to build future rental properties. My daughter is expecting my 5th grandchild this spring. My son is currently working in Texas for Holder Construction. I have hopes that he gets a new job as professor at MSU this fall and moves back closer to Sherry and me.
